Cubey's entire gimmick is that its two primary cards, Differentiation-A and B, drain its current HP for two different effects; one drains for 35% and increases attack by 1 for every 25 HP lost, and the other drains for 25% to increase max HP (though I can't remember the exact formula right now).
The idea is to spam both of them as much as possible, since it not only stacks Cubey's stats but increases Cubey's passive lifesteal, to the point that even *Frank* can't keep up (albeit with much more strat investment). Blocker is incredibly good for this, both because it can pull Cubey's cards as well as patch it up using Interference Field.
Funnily enough, this makes Cubey one of the only Mage characters where you want to stack HP items as much as possible, lol
Blocker can search for all the cards of a selected athlete + reduce the costs, Cubey cards gets better the more times he uses them.
Blocker accelerates Cubey scaling exponencially, because Cubey can fish for his owns cards too. So you essentialy fish a card that will fish another card. If you use Thinking Tank/Tactical adjustment you'll draw a card that will draw a card that will draw a card... essentially you can condensate dozens of turns in a couple ones, and bring his massive late game into sub 45 turns.
Blocker + Lan is another one of my favorite combos to quickly complete Step C and being able to consistently pull global initiates.
Jungle or top needs Invoker trait (to reduce card pool) the one that doesn't use Reinhardt.
The other one needs a trait to reduce card cost (Best Charge horn to also reduce cost of draw cards, like warm up)
Mid needs another Invoker trait
Support needs either Unexpected Inspiration < Energy Efficiency or Keep Cool
Reinhardt + Enidi + Niels + Blocker
Blocker signates Enidi, Niels needs Revelation
First Deployment Phase you should be able to play Signal Detection in most cases,
with hero mastery Enidi can hit all enemies with the Finale. Together with Niels, you can dish out ~500% atk to all enemies, if playing Reinhardt - you can get back signal detection in 1st turn for another ~500% of atk to all enemies. In some cases you can kill all enemies in 1st deployment phase. Keep Cool trait on Support actually makes it possible to get this combo another time. (A Penta Kill is not impossible with that Set Up !) and this also Sets up Enidi extremely for upcoming fights due to his high stacks being a 2nd Niels.
Kid hits Franks to give both gold. Frank gets stronger from it. Kid also put bounties on enemies, Mo thrives from bounties which only makes him stronger. Mo have a card to be in any fight. Neils can bring Frank or Kid to any fight. Tigerboy give stun to Niels, and can isolate people from engagements to guarantee a gank, as well as allow easy card draws and stun himself. During fights, while Kid focus on melee, if there is a ranged character, Mo will hit it back, and with the multi hit of Niels, no one is safe.
Elimi is often the core of it (works with any early hitter like Omaha), I have a support with the "aggressive" trait (-2 initiate cost/+1 turn ... until turn 40).
triple that with Mo/lubos jungle (cheap assist), Xiangxi/Babe/Qube mid and/or Lan/Wukong/babe, as for supp any champ works, though tank works great. If you get some watch this and focus your botlane on offensive stats, you tend to get a very good early lead.
That being said duos of assassins mid/jng with Aida/omaha also tend to works wonder.
Update on this, no need for Niels or Reinhart. Just Blocker+Enidi, deck centered around low cost/draw and passives with cost reduction. Top needs trait Isolated Island.
Enidi performs way too go with that set-up, not impossible to get multiple Penta-Kills by turn 35. No need for fights.. and even if in fights, you have so many stacks of his passive, that he outperforms even Niels. By turn 35, with both Blocker and Enidi - Enidi has a 6k gold advantage. 8000 vs. 3000.
Well, Niels is nice in that team, but not neccessary, cause he inflates deck with 2 cost cards. And Niels destroys Penta-Kills from time to time. Good for that team tho are : Reinhardt < Kamaitachi (Seems to perform better thanks to card draws, but still.. he might ruin some penta kills), And Bot lane Bunu Shan or Gang (She goes on rampage pre-turn 30 and she doesn't inflate deck)
You can get 1-3 Penta Kills each game if you don't use Niels, and even with Niels - Enidi will have a 10.0 rating 90% of the time. Tho using both Niels and Kamaitachi you can directly kill every enemy on every respawn. Cause Kamaitachi can jump to all of them on Nexus. Enidi also has a Skill that hits all in Base. Gang could also replace Niels to throw bombs into their Base.
If you get a 2nd Characters (needs to buy from transaction, impossible until you can buy members - cause randomly rolled pre-league 2 can't have dublicate match trait anymore), it's nice to have a 2nd Invoker trait on bot or jungle (tho if you want to use Niels from time to time, on bot is not recommended, neither on support.. sucks if blocker gets ganked if you are team red, unless you have witted on invoker carrier)
You could buy a very powerfull team member when entering premiere-league, if you bought 5 Trainies after league 2, you could sell team for 5-6k gold each after league 1 - so long as you obtain them after 1 season. Traits and stats barely matter.. i only increased hero pool.
