What is a solo kill?

i chose solo kills for a breakthrough quest and cant figure out what it means

Your athlete needs to kill the enemy without being aided by your team in that kill. You can kill them on-field or in a fight, where you need to damage and kill the enemy alone. In this fight, there can be as many enemies as you want, but to be safe, it's better that only your athlete is in the fight, without teammates.

This has occurred to me already, but I don't remember if a missed attack counts as an assist. If you damage an enemy on the field with Athlete A and kill with Athlete B in a single DP, it's not a solo kill. Same thing if you start the fight with athlete A and kill on field with athlete B, not a solo kill.

I don't know if the assist carries between the rounds or DPs; someone who is more familiar with the rules can help you with that. But to be safe, it's better to use solo-kill-focused heroes, such as Manta, Wolfgang, Hass, etc.

It's harder than it looks for some heroes, I made my mid laner learn Manta just for this task hehe.
