It's not deep enough, sadly. Especially in terms of defensive mechanics -- rendering the game is all but broken, in terms of any approaching competitive gameplay. It's only "worth it" for people who've never played a video game before, and like the "Rocky" license. Anyone who's either played the earlier games, fighting games in general, is a gamer of worth any salt, or whose gonads have descended into their scrotal sac, should steer clear of this.

The only thing "Rocky" about this game is its veneer... And even that is wafer thin.

I'm still waiting for a decent boxing game with some kind of career mode since 4D Boxing back in 1991!
