reina/akane/heroina (any order) -> sylvia -> true
no choices in common route, you just pick heroine pic after common route ends
some choices in routes affecting if you're gonna see additional scenes or not, also walkthrough points out where to look for scenes in not so obvious locations
walkthrough guide probably gonna be uploaded at some point later by NN in guide section, (will edit post then in this case), for now use seiya-saiga.com/game/sagaplanets/kinkoi.html
for you-know-what-patch**winkwink** go to google and look for nekonyan website -> shop, free patch should appear

After finishing common route, I get a choice between Sylvia, Reina and Heroina, with a locked fourth entry marked as 'Secret'. I assume that 'Secret' is Akane route (when is it unlocked?) and true route appears after clearing all four?

Sylvia>Reina>Heroina>Akane>Ria

Meaning Sylvia should be first not fourth? Any reasons why your OP does not follow Seiya recommended order route?

I don't see order mentioned on actual page and just routes arranged on page usually means nothing on seiya from my experience with it.
You're free to do them in any order you want, if you don't believe me, but i went with order mentioned in OP and believe it makes experience better.
Sylvia route tied to some stuff important to Ria and at the same time reffers to info you naturally and gradually learn from Elle and Reina routes, except if you read Sylvia route first, then some stuff won't be surprising in Elle/Reina routes anymore. Dunno how else should i put into words, just feels natural this way.
