18+ patch not working

I have downloaded the file from nekonyansoft and put it in the game folders, but I can't find the "settings in-game and look for H-scene-specific options". only thing sort of close is panic button but that is in the base game. If you have this problem, you have to download either winrar or winzip and open it that way.

Rain_Of_Fire175 was putting the zip file inside the game folder. What needs to be done is: you open the patch file with winrar or winzip or any other software of your choosing. Inside the patch file there's a folder with 4 files. Those 4 files are the ones you need to drag to the game folder. And it's done.

If you have a problem with the game, why are you scrolling through discussions about it? They also says right at the start that all characters are 18+ sooooo
