anyone know where to go, or how to complete this quest?

You playing Shadowcaster? They are some quest that are class specific I think.
If your quest log says something to the effect that what your looking for is in the caves, head west and once in the mine go from the entrance to the lower left side (up then counter-clockwise). You should see a ladder at some point. Just follow the path up until you see some purple light, that would be your font.
