But I can only try until episode 7, the anime is so cringe and the MC feels so stupid on so many level that I legit don't find any joy watching it. Meanwhile my friend claims that the anime is one of the best things he has ever seen. So my question is that can I acts independently as the main character? I want to make my own choice because my biggest complain I have with the anime is that the MC is a moron....

I just started the anime and have been loving it, only on episode 12 atm though. I was wondering the exact point where this game starts so I can pause the anime, play this game, and then return after since I feel like it might be a bit harder for me to watch past that point in the anime to return to the game.
