how to change to dub?

for me its only english sub but cant find an option to change it. bought it on ps4

Oh, in that case. Change the audio language on the options screen, should have an English and Japanese option

Forgot to mention, it has to be on the launch menu options before you load a save, once you load a save you only have the options to adjust audio levels

Why would anyone do that is beyond me. There's nth worse than ENG dubbed japanese anime characters with voices which doesn't match at all.

everyone have their own preference, just because you don't like dub doesn't mean everyone in the world have to share the same preference as you

Preference? WTF are you talking about? If you use the dub, you literally playing completely different game with completely different characters. You can't damage the characterization and personalities more than dubbing it. Dubbing is the most braindead option to consume foreign media and that's Tha fact, not preference.
Dubs has nothing to do with original creators and they are always fake and inferior to original.

at this rate you might as well say sub shouldn't exist either, because the translated subtitle was never the intended way by the author to deliver the story and character personality. in other words those who doesn't understand japanese should never be able to enjoy other japanese media
