PS5 Controller Inputs Not Showing...

... after possibly the latest Windows update? I was literally playing this game 2 days ago with full ps5 controller support and the only thing that's changed (afaik) was a windows update.

Same here, what me helped was going into steam>settings>controller and on playstation controller support I set it to "enabled" instead of "enabled in games who support" after that the Dual Sense worked again, although only with Xbox Button Prompts...

Not perfect but better then nothing -.-

Good to know that I'm not going crazy. Last week I saw the playstation button prompts, and now they are suddenly gone. In steam big picture they are still there. But not in the game... Subscribing in the hope someone finds a solution.

I hate xbox prompts so much, hoping someone will release a mod.

Well mods seem to be a problem with Enigma added to this game >.>
Reached out to customer service of capcom, will update if I get an answer.

Well after a lot of back and forth, I have yet to get a solution. Provided them with videos, screenshots, config.ini and what not. Hopefully this will be enough for them to know how to fix it

Well 10 days more and the response so far is the following:
"Please note that the following controllers have guaranteed compatibility for Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin:

- Xbox 360 controller
- Xbox One controller
- PS4 (DualShock) controller

If any of these controllers are connected to play the game, then the corresponding button prompts should appear as intended. If you have access to any of the controllers listed above, please try connecting it to see if this resolves your issue. If you have tried connecting any of the controllers listed above and the button prompts are still incorrect, please contact us again.

Please note that we are unable to provide further assistance when users encounter an issue with an incompatible controller as game operations are not guaranteed."

This means that they probably won't resolve this. Eventhough it worked perfectly in 1.5.4 and not anymore in 1.5.5
I've tried and I probably won't receive any more help sadly. If anyone knows of another way to get it to work or to rollback to 1.5.4, please let me know :)
