Sadly no. Would help a lot to reduce the useless riding action only monsters in the party otherwise.

It's odd how various monsters like Rathian don't have fly. You would also expect Zinogre to have the rock breaker skill, but no. Jump and that's it.

You can use a third party program to do this. I don't know if it messes up multiplayer. I haven't done it myself.
