Or go pure element/strength/speed/tech of the monstie and just make sure you bring a balanced line up and switch them around during battle when needed.... at least this is what *I* mostly try/want to do.
I have done this before and there's a diminishing return on the bingo bonuses when you go this route. Most of my setups don't even have bingos purely because the gene skills that are very useful tend to be a mix. Great thing is that you build it the way you want, and if it works, it works :3
Crap! It does? ...sigh, well I am still experimenting at this time (only level 49) and I'm glad you brought this up.
first 2 bingos are 10% any after is 5%, but with rainbow gene you can get more tech/power/speed bingos thought
Yeah at a certain point, the bingo bonuses get cut in half to 5%. Not sure how many bonuses in where it starts though. Happy gene splicing :3
LOL! TY, now if only finding/buying those unlock stimulants aren't such a pain to acquire. XD

They restock it later on? I haven't checked yet but sure would be nice if it did.
Otherwise, you only build passives if they fit the type and element combo you're going for, so Rainbows can be pretty good if you're struggling to find matching type and elemental genes for what you're building.
I like to keep genes that match the element and attack type of the creature in the corners.
Rainbow in the middle when it's useful and then the Vertical and Horizontal genes can be anything of benefit while I try to match them up with their counterpart to get more bingo bonus.
If I can I also try to keep as many genes the same element to boost that as much as possible.
