I dont fin my saved files to copy my pendrive

You can find it inside steam's userdata folder, which you can find where you installed steam, path should look something like this in a normal installation:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\{YourSteamID}\1277400\remote
Savefiles will be inside the remote folder.

I hate self promoting but if you're like me and kinda paranoid about save files in games where there's records of savefiles being lost/corrupt, you can use this lil app I made to facilitate backing up those saves, should be handy:
