Can someone tell me where to get the insect material? I have all gammoth mates but cant find the final thing to craft it.

Terga, the volcanic zone. Chances are you still need to advance further into the story.

Oh ok im already in Terga but dunno which insect is left. I thought i killed all.

If I remember correctly they are the mantis looking things, can't remember the name of them. They appear usually in caves.

you need vespoid parts for the Gammoth armor, they don't appear in Terga but you can find them in the last act's area.
