Odogaron would be great, especially if he comes with Ebony as well. That's a speed dragon monster right there, and we have 0 speed type dragon attacks.

I doubt it. Odogaron, regardless if it's normal or Ebony is a speedy boy. He might maybe have a tech attack somewhere, but I feel like he would definitely still be speed.

At most, in the fight against him he might start off as tech similar to how Silverwind Narga does but otherwise speed.

I'd love both variants. Give us new bleed inflicting skills with the regular, and as ya said, some speed dragon attacks with the Ebony.
TBH the rotten vale is not really represented in the game well. Hopefully that changes. Would love to see the Death Dragon himself make an appearance.

In the same vein, would love to see the Coral Pukei Pukei added and the Tziti. The Pukei Pukei because we need more water monsters. The Tziti because I'd like to see more skills that inflict blind in the game.

Also, as much as I am on the fence about Navirou (do I like him, do I hate him) - adding small monsters like Shamos, Jagras etc etc - which they already have some small monsters - for HIM to ride on, and be a kind of new battle buddy. Where you could swap whichever monster he is riding between the ones available, thus changing the element of his attacks. It'd be perfect for endgame. Because then you could always optimize for whichever monster you are after, instead of sometimes having a companion that does 0 dmg because they either don't have the right type of dmg or right element.

Crab deviants would be a welcome sight too(along with making them a monstie)
Rustrazor could be hybrid of bleed/water
Stonefist could be just a tanky lad with some water onto it,like Gammoth.

It's unrealistic, but I would love to see every monster make it's way into this lol. But I guess they gotta save some for Stories 3 XD

not sure about that one,if we don't take 5th gen into account,we're not so far off from having every monster(you know,except big flagship ones)
if stories 3 come out,the chances of your wish being granted is pretty high

if we get a stories 3, leave neavirou out of it please god, it feels like hes the main character more than we are due to how much he talks for us, id prefer if the story let us do the basic silent protag thing where we nod and the people we talk to bounce off of that with dialog that goes with what youre gonna do and so on like in zelda and so on

Navirou grows on me by the end, but....I definitely could live without him. My ideal MHS3 game would be main character an adult, not a child. Silent protag as you suggested, but by default a bit more serious - not all 'baby fist meme, YAHH' excited by little things. A countenance like Cheval.
Give them a palamute companion. An have an origin picker at the beginning that not only determines which part of the world you are from, not only your back story, but which monster you get as your "story" companion.
Having Ratha forced upon me made it really hard to connect with that monster.

This game playing PRIOR to World would not have the ability to add doggo to it realy. It was first encountered in the , lets call it graveyard biome, and thus is "new world" only. As we see a char SIMILAR to the admiral in stories 2 , and the wyverians not realy traveled outside their towns etc, this has to mean world comes after this (althou we can get nergigante here among others, but remember : Elder dragons are a mysterie and Fatalis an outright myth althou you fight it in stories and every other MH title as true final boss (althou that falls to white Fatalis tbh.)

I would not role out the posibility of them upgrading and giving us more monsters later on. Remember Iceborn? That was several orders of magnitute, especiel with the whole subspecies stuff.

That said : Where are those countless monsters from Frontier? I wanna face Raviente sometime in the future too ya know?

Just because it appears in World doesn't mean anything. Think about it, Pink Rathian was supposedly created from the Zorah event. A subspecies born of the high nutrients an such. Yet we have Pink Rathian and Azure Rathalos in the game.
