What to do for endgame??

Just finished the story. Should I start focusing on expeditions (as a solo player) or high ranking dens in the wild or Elder Lair? Or is there something else I'm missing?

Also, I've been going with Kyle as endgame companion. Should I be using someone else? (I like Reverto but he never seems to use healing items on his own.)

That probably needs to be made into a quest. I've spent the last 2 days just running around post game and adding new monsters to my Monsterpedia. I've yet to enter that lair. I kind of did figure out today where it is, but it is really telling that it took me that long. I've generally got quite a good sense of orientation.

I’d start with grinding genes from high rank dens in the wild and the elder’s lair if you’re below level 50. I don’t recommsnd SR dens until then.

Reverto does the most damage. Sure he never heals himself but kyle never stops bow charging. I definitely recommend him over kyle.

That said, Kyle is really good for beating floor 7 of Elder’s Lair.
