Treasure Hunter and Defense Nutriments?

So far I've gotten attack and health nutriments from Treasure Hunter expeditions but no defense. What does one have to do to receive defense from these is there a certain field you have to do or just random? I've been running TH day and night for over a week.

Yes, each region gives different nutriments. Defense nutriment is in HR Hakolo normal and forbidden grounds I think.

Don't remember if you get charms and nutriments from LR, but it really doesn’t matter, there is no reason to do LR since you get armor and weapon spheres from HR expeditions.

I managed to obtain them this way as soon as I unlocked Monstie Expeditions in LR in Kuan Village, so it doesn’t seem to matter.
