Is CONVERGENCE "NOT" canon according to riot games?

I'm asking because recently a lot of things have changed there after Arcane and the character knowledge is still not there

1. Anything related to Riot forge is dead since forge was closed
2. Its has 0 relation with Arcane. It takes the base of what League of Legends established as "Zaun lore" and any character from Zaun/Piltover, so its a game for LoL fans, not Arcane fans
3. This game is its own thing. but as i said in point 1, forge is dead so it wont have sequels or prequels or anything like that (same for the other games from Forge) so this being canon or not is irrelevant.
