How to get secret in Entresol (hideout)?

I don't know how to get secret in Hideout below road to Slums. It looks like I need 3 jumps but I don't know how to get it.

You'll get a power up later that can move certain objects, there's one of these at the top of the Hideout that you can push down and use for a boost

just as an fyi you can get it before that after part 4(i think) but you ahve to really understand how all abilities interact.
