Just sent in a ticket. I'm having an issue where after the Double Stallion logo I get stuck on the black screen with the copyright information and nothing else happens.

I have the exact same issue. I can't even get into the menu. I'm playing on Gog.

before update i can play without my mouse, the skill shot can aim where ekko face. But after the update the skill can only shot to the cursor. Now i cant play with my original setting and its FRUSTRATING

I have a bug when I'm trying to play with my switch controller, its hard to explain but it seems like it spams every possible input with the controller, I cant control anything in menus, and when I go in game, Ekko spams short hops with aerial attacks, the pause and exit menu open and close themselves extremely fast. It only happens with my switch controller and only in this game.

I fixed it.

If anyone is having a copyright black screen issue, to fix it go into NVIDIA control panel and "Adjust image settings with preview" option, change it to "Let the 3D application decide".

Yes, that worked!
Also, it is one specific feature that was causing the problems: FastSync.
This games videos are simply not compatible with Nvidia FastSync. And it's only the videos - gameplay with fastsync on works.

When playing with a controller the sprite for the buttons does not appear anywhere. Just a white square where the button icon should be.

Almost 1 year later, same here.
Can't change controls too, and no buttons are triggering Chronofracture, so I can't play.

Hello, I am in need of assistance troubleshooting. I am at the point in the game where I am supposed to be battling Zarkon Poingdestre in Factorywood. When I enter the room that he is in the game pulls up the dialogue sidebars, but then the characters freeze. No dialogue happens and when I press space to skip nothings happens. The only thing I can do is rewind, which rather than functioning normally, it just removes Ekko from the screen entirely.

I've restarted from checkpoints a couple times, checked the integrity of my game files, and restarted my computer entirely. I'm not sure what else to do.

I didn't realize that support for Riot Forge had been cut a few months ago :( I'd been having a good time playing up until this point and am worried that I won't be able to progress further in the game. I am hesitant to start a new save and try again because what if I run into the same issue and it ends up being a waste of time. It's too late for me to get a refund which is really unfortunate since it doesn't seem like there is support for it anymore.

i was doing a platform sequence on the right of entresol map after unlocking the E mechanism so i could collect some stuff i missed (backtracking) then i died while parkouring and somehow the game didnt bring me to a place that is safe but now i get an infinite deathloop. maybe it spawned me above where i died of spikes i dont know i cant see. only hearing the deathsound and then the screen loads again. There is a vid online already on youtube how that looks if you type in deathloop convergence rito. Sended a ticket already. maybe more have the same issue?

Recently started playing, and I literally have this exact problem while doing the same thing. Has this ever been resolved?

Jinx fight bug, her "cutscenes" are all broken? She does the poofy pink smoke thing but she doesn't go anywhere, the camera isn't in "boss fight mode", I kill her first health bar and stage 2 doesn't activate. Trigger: probably me using the escape into map button to change gadgets mid fight? oh well
