I haven't played Baby yet. I've been taking advantage of the 2x exp bonus to level pain in the *ss Raider's that struggle against Super Sweats.

If they still rely on Goku Black's level 2 strat again then I call it skill issue on the raider's part. Raiders are right now at their strongest they ever been.

Personally, Baby never seemed SUPER popular to me, not anymore then he his right now anyways. Baby still wins most of the games I've seen in him, usually decisively, but I think we're all still in the phase of adapting to his kit.

You think so despite Cell being a laughing stock back then and there being no stun bar? Frieza I can agree was most likely stronger back then (though my memory is somewhat fuzzy on the details of season 1).
I feel like Cell is in a better spot now mainly due to level 3 not having the easiest attack in the world to dodge.
Jury's out on Buu though, half of them have only seen Buu once or twice and I think 2 or 3 of them got turned into candy.

Game needs to show me more promise of not EOSing in the future and maybe I might buy Baby. Otherwise, Black still does his job even better with current balance in the game.
