SSJ Kame is amazing for sniping, has fast animations for a laser blast basic, deals good damage, and its hitboxes are very good, most of the time it doesn't miss if you're close enough, even if the Raider is flying away. It's good for STM defense because you can just casually fly around the STM from afar and deal enough damage to where the Raider can't outright ignore you, but unlike other blasts such as double beams or double orbs, you have to somewhat just run away if the Raider begins targeting you, because they'll get chip damage through the endlag of your kame animations.
Double Beams, on the other hand, are amazing for stalling the Raider in a 1v1. Unless the Raider is Jeice/Burter, LVL1/LVL2 Frieza, Super Buu, or Broly, the double beam shots can just outright nullify all of a Raiders efforts to damage you. Their range is limited, but they allow you to be an absolute pest with other types of ranged super attacks from the skybox during STM defense. If the Raider approaches you, just go on the defensive and they likely won't get any meaningful damage off for the amount of time your teammates get to work on STM uncontested.
Both have good uses, and I'd consider the Dual Beams the best for solo play due to how reliable it is for defense, but with a proper team (even just competent players in solo que), SSJ Kame takes superiority due to its larger damage and less energy cost when you're not LVL4.
The Cell Ki Blasts will normally clash with other ball based Ki blasts such as Cells & Vegetas, have less endlag, & still are great at dealing damage
Somewhat less good than Double Lazers but still get the job done better than most
Lazers outright nullify Level 3 Frieza, most of Cells, Recoomes, Guldos, Fat Buu, & most of Vegetas Ki Blasts, & Nappas single ki blasts (not his alt fire), yes but only at mid range or further, if you're too close, you might be able to get away with it against Imperfect Cell or Fat Buu, maybe Recoome even, but it won't work on anyone else with Ball Ki Blasts if they're too close
I say Super Kame's & Gallicks are better for offense is since they're capable of sniping from afar while dealing good damage, yet they kinda suck if you're trying to approach (Gallick is basically a faster beam than Kame but deals a bit less damage)
Normal Kame's ok, but doesnt do as much damage as Super Kame
Obv one of the bigger advantages of using mouse over stick
Vegeta Finish Breaker used to get cancelled out by ki blasts, but no longer does
Not sure if this is the same case for Jeice & Burters Spiral Super
imo raider frieza 3 ki blasts are nuts lol
