Any way to play at 120FPS, or increase performance further?

I have a Ryzen 5 5600g, and sometimes there is a drop in FPS, especially in cities, I even overclocked it, increased the VRAM, reduced the resolution, but the game still has these drops, I believe it is not optimized enough like the Xenoverse 2 and Kakarot are.

Anyway, is there any way to play at 120FPS (given that it only goes up to 60FPS) or reduce the sudden drop in performance?
