Probably the Hardest Raider move to Dodge in the game because of how fast it is (Massive hitbox despite being a tiny laser doesn't help either)

IMO I think there is a big enough tell to dodge that thing. If he is ki spamming you and then stands still, it's a dead giveaway. Any raider standing still in general is like that

Its telegraphed but the skill is still broken. It does nearly half of a lv 4s hp bar, lingers for a while, and the hitbox doesn't even line up with the animation. There are some things that do need fixing with that skill even if it can be dodged.

Ive seen people saving rocket launchers. They interrupt them completely. Granted you have to spend a slot to use it. Volleys are frankly undodgeable but you can at least mitigate the damage if you get far enough away and spam dodge.

Even when I was prepared for it and saw the animation in time, its like you need so much horizontal distance to dodge what looks like a skinny ass laser. Its stupid.

not its the hardest to interrupt.

When infact no. its not the hardest to dodge, ki-volleys are.
