Iron Ore?
I am a bit stuck and can't find Iron ore? I am only able to break the red rocks atm.

The red ones give you copper. With this you will need to forge an copper pick-axe, which will allow you to mine the iron ore (which can also be found in the forest, but you will need to explore the biome a bit)

Iron Ore (rock with blue bits) seems to spawn most frequently in the snow biome. As the devs mentioned, you need a copper pick-axe to mine Iron Ore.
