I am missing a very few pics which are still grayed out in the gallery:

O.K., about the missing pic of massaging the trainer (full frontal nudity), here is what I found.
With me, this happened when my toon offered to massage her the first time. The trainer is there, laying on her belly and I let the mouse pointer hover on her to find the highlighted areas, i.e. the ones you can massage. but without clicking her. Torso, pelvis, legs and back to torso. I f you let the mouse move across her torso, you will notice a small area a bit to the left side of her spine, about the area where her rump is the narrowest. This area is not highlighted, but it gets dark. And this is precisely where you have to click. She will suddenly lay on her back and you can either touch her belly or her breasts. In both cases she will comment in a less than pleased way and turn around again.
Maybe there is more to do but I havent found out yet.
