Edit: Sorry I kinda forgot to answer the last part of that question. Yeah I mean if you're willing to switch builds there's lots of things that can deal with DDTS as mentioned above, really lots of things but again gotta have tier 4 for most of them. Remember, most of this stuff translates from btd6 info wise all be it some battles necessary changes so just use the btd6 wiki and forums or even yt vids to find whats good against ddts that suites your taste.
now just to figure out purple airship! lol
THATS THE NEAT PART U DONT.
I've found that they can be popped by enough 0-2-3 engineers (who are honestly SUPER underappreciated for how powerful they are)
And of course a 2|5|0 also helps.
So technically you can beat DDTs using tier 3 towers.
2-0-3 super monkeys are good at it
if you servive to round 24 with good eco then you can just stop sending bloons, buy the 2-0-3- supers as you get money for them and if you can get at least 3 of them that can stop them
What hero are you running? if you have quincy then maybe alch buff pretty cheap if you are running ninja alch gwen and any other random tower you want to buff the ninja with alch that is what i use it is nice a cheap
