cannot connect to ninja kiwi

for the past few days i haven't been able to get into the game. i launch it, it says logging in for a moment and then instantly says "cannot connect to ninja kiwi". i've tried reinstalling, verifying integrity of game files, turning off fire wall etc. and none of it has worked. all of my other games and applications work fine with my internet and i can even get the game working on my phone so i have no idea why this is happening and i just wanna play the game :/
