that's all dependent on if the creator decides to even make a public-use editor.. technically one exists already, but currently it's purely for dev-use only and it doesn't seem like there are any plans to release that publicly. if mystman changes his mind later, however, then he'd either tell us or it'd be a surprise later on (which I'm thinking the latter, if it even comes at all)

there was like 17~ish new character ideas for BB+ before the kickstarter was even funded (24, when including the original cast- source) so who knows how many will be in the full game!

I can hardly wait to meet them, since I really enjoy the style of the current cast of characters quite a lot
