There's a weird long winded path to another fairly big area (considering it only has one long hallway to it, making it oddly isolated) with one of the exits there, and 2 very rare Faculty Only rooms on either side of the principals office at the bottom right. It took me 3 whole tries since I like to do all 3 floors blind. The generation was also VERY simple with a bunch of long hallways and empty space.
