F3 haves The Test and vents. Also counting Dr. Reflex.
Easy Bus Pass: Go right once you out of the elevator and you should be taken to one part of a big area. In that area should be a faculty room only. Enter it.
Floor 2's second exit fits in the big area WAY too perfectly. There is a faculty room on side with a Zesty Bar vending machine close to it, and a faculty room the other side. Both are side by side from the Elevator, that is in the middle. It's just beautiful to look at.
There is a Roto-Hall here, but it is of little significance.
Floor 3 has a classroom connected to the Principal's office, which is not something you see every day. The phone is in a faculty room and there is a locked swinging door. There is also an annoying Roto-Hall placement in this seed. I got the Shut Down Event because of this and lost.
Chalkles is in Floors 2 and 3.
Floor 1: The green lockers are close to the left of the starting area. If you're lucky, you can see the 'Nana Peels falling on the ground when starting the floor (you can see this when they are clipping through the cafeteria wall).
Floor 2 has the annoying composition of Playtime, Cloudy Copter, Beans, and 1st Prize.
Bus Pass: From where you start, go right and then stop at the first split path. From there, go left until you come across the second split path in that hallway. From there, go all the way right and enter the faculty room in front of you. This faculty room is C-Shaped.
Floor 3: There is a faculty room with 3 vents. While another faculty room has 1 vent. Both rooms are close to where you start.
You can also get to 3/4 exits with one Grappling Hook use. Playtime, 1st Prize, Beans, and Cloudy Copter return on this floor, with the addition of Dr. Reflex and Arts and Crafters. They are more annoying than usual.

Floor 2 has a normal BSODA vending machine in one of the hallways.
Easy Bus Pass: Go to the left of the starting area and continue down the hall until you reach the second classroom there. Enter that second classroom and there should be a faculty room connected to it which holds the Bus Pass.
Floor 3 has a faculty room that has a normal BSODA. There is also a classroom that is connected to 2 faculty rooms and the supply closet.
-27: Four of the five vent entrances are located in the same faculty room (it's the "C-shaped" variant.)
-287: Four of the five vent exits are located in a series of rooms all connected to each other. There's one in Gotta Sweep's closet, two in the faculty room connected to it, and one in the faculty room connected to that one. The faculty room with two vent exits also has a vent entrance.
Floor 1 has an apple tree and you start at a dead end for the most part.
Floor 2 has a locked swinging door, and the Principal's Office is close to the starting area (on the left). In a there are 3 classrooms, 2 of which are next to each other, and 1 serving as a bridge to switch between 2 long hallways. This floor actually has a pretty good layout.
Bus Pass: Once you leave the elevator, take the left side and hit that wall. From there, go right until you reach the second split path, and from there go left (you should pass by the second elevator). You should be at a split path now, go to the right side and go all the way to the end of the hall. From there, go left and enter the only faculty room in that hall (it's on the right). There you will find the Bus Pass, and an entrance to another faculty room.
Floor 3 starts you off close to the Principal's Office again, this time on the right. There is an infuriating Roto-Hall location close to where you start. It's at a dead-end, but even though there is a button next to the Roto-Hall, the button actually used for a Super Door close by. I got blinded by The Test 2 times on floor (he spawns next to the starting area), with the second time having me be blinded in the lockdown event, and got the Shutdown event here. It's quite obvious how that run ended up.
Side note, Bully spawned in a Big area here.
Floor 1: There's are 2 sets of lockers at opposite sides that stop at a Swinging Door.
Floor 2: There's a Faculty Room connected to the Cafeteria.
Bus Pass: In the Faculty Room connected to the Cafeteria.
Floor 3: 2 of the Elevators are close together. Gotta Sweep's Closet has 2 Vent entrances and a Vent exit. There are 2 Coin Doors and 1 One-Way Swinging Door.
