I think an extras menu would be a neat feature, and can imagine things unlocking in the extras menu as you play the game and encounter different things
_ and like you said, since BBCR had cheat codes, it's very possible for BB+ to have cheats as well. I think that would be pretty fun and add more replayability by just letting the player mess around with them
multiplayer would be really hard to balance for, since the AI in the game really is balanced around there being one player. a player-controlled Baldi would also have to be really carefully designed since a player is much smarter than Baldi. I wouldn't be surprised if multiplayer was scrapped because of this, but if it isn't then it'd likely be saved for after the game's finished
like I brought up last time you suggested it, mystman was never intentionally designing the game to allow for mods (src). since the workshop needs mod support to be able to function, that means no workshop for new custom content specifically (and even then the game is available on more platforms than steam so this doesn't eliminate the 'sketchy website' issue for other players)
on a related note, if workshop support is implemented, it'd likely only be for sharing levels built with the level editor.. if he decides to make it public :p
_ he doesn't plan on releasing the level editor during development, but he may consider doing so[baldis-basics-in-education-and-learning.fandom.com] after the game is finished. since it saves and loads the layout to/from a data file, it'd be easily sharable and thus the best contender for what a potential workshop would be for
map player - buy a map to play it
Currency - for winning the game you are getting 15% of your ytps getted in whole game (even used counts) as new currency - quarters. You can buy for it maps or even texture packs.
_ additionally, Cosmix has already previously made a thread saying steam workshop should be added; while the rest could theoretically just be ideas, there's at least one part that feels definitely genuine since it was brought up twice in a short timespan in 2 different threads
I still feel like it'd be better not having to risk clarifying "hey I'm not trying to actually suggest these" by posting ideas off of the official forums, but I understand not everyone has somewhere else to go to interact with the fandom
