Baldi's Basics Plus

Baldi's Basics Plus

All the ideas I have for this game.
1. Extras
One thing that would be cool is an "Extras" menu that appears when you start OR when you beat the game, On the menu it contains some cool information on the character (Their detention poster info, History, You can even change their looks to view the different versions of them. Well.. Speaking of changing looks..)
2. Skin packs.
In Johnny's shop there can be skin packs such as birthday bash skins for all characters.
Maybe even limited ones like Halloween skin packs and Christmas skin packs that are limited time! The price of these skin packs can either just be YTP or maybe even an achievement! This adds some more replayability and will give people a reason to come back every now and then on holidays.
3. Season and day/night cycle.
This would be great to have to make the game more immersive and this can be toggled in the settings. It would be really cool to see snow and fall trees outside! The cycle could be a certain time or even match real life!
4. Built-in mod menu.
This would be cool to have and I dont think its out of the picture considering it was in Baldi's Basics Classic Remastered. It would be available after beating the game.
5. Multiplayer.
This would be cool! There could be basic multiplayer, Which is just and NPC Baldi with 1-4 normal players (each new player doubles the school size and notebooks) Player vs player which has an player Baldi and possibly even other NPCs could be players, Infection which is when Baldi catches a player they turn into Baldi. These things would be so fun and would add EVEN more replayability meaning the game wont die.
6. Steam workshop.
I know I said this before but this would be super cool and would add 100X more replayability since you could play custom maps, texture packs, or even get new characters without going on sketchy websites!
7. Map maker.
A mario maker style map creator would be SO COOL! You could make a map and post it to the steam workshop for people to play. It would be so cool!

All these features would add endless things to do and make the game never get boring.

It may just be the mandela effect, but i'm pretty sure 5 was officially canceled and 6 is very unlikely, however, the rest feel like really silly ideas i'd also love to have in the full game
firstly, please don't make suggestions for new content in the steam forums (or send them directly to mystman) since he's previously requested that we don't send suggestions for new content- he cannot and will not accept them for legal/personal reasons. suggestions regarding existing content or requests for game features are okay though

I think an extras menu would be a neat feature, and can imagine things unlocking in the extras menu as you play the game and encounter different things
_ and like you said, since BBCR had cheat codes, it's very possible for BB+ to have cheats as well. I think that would be pretty fun and add more replayability by just letting the player mess around with them

multiplayer would be really hard to balance for, since the AI in the game really is balanced around there being one player. a player-controlled Baldi would also have to be really carefully designed since a player is much smarter than Baldi. I wouldn't be surprised if multiplayer was scrapped because of this, but if it isn't then it'd likely be saved for after the game's finished

like I brought up last time you suggested it, mystman was never intentionally designing the game to allow for mods (src). since the workshop needs mod support to be able to function, that means no workshop for new custom content specifically (and even then the game is available on more platforms than steam so this doesn't eliminate the 'sketchy website' issue for other players)

on a related note, if workshop support is implemented, it'd likely only be for sharing levels built with the level editor.. if he decides to make it public :p
_ he doesn't plan on releasing the level editor during development, but he may consider doing so[baldis-basics-in-education-and-learning.fandom.com] after the game is finished. since it saves and loads the layout to/from a data file, it'd be easily sharable and thus the best contender for what a potential workshop would be for
PvP - play against any other player or with friend to see who is better speedrunner!
map player - buy a map to play it
Currency - for winning the game you are getting 15% of your ytps getted in whole game (even used counts) as new currency - quarters. You can buy for it maps or even texture packs.

....to "add endless things to do and make the game never get boring", which sounds like Cosmix wants them in, which would be a suggestion

Yeah, but I can have an idea that goes "Hey, wouldn't it be cool if ___ existed? I feel like that'd add a lot of good stuff to the game!" that remains an idea and not a suggestion.

the phrasing of "wouldn't it be cool if ___" turns it more into a theoretical, which would be less confused for a genuine suggestion. you're right that the phrase I picked out alone isn't definitively proof it's a suggestion, but that phrase without any sign of it being theoretical makes it sound more genuine instead of just an idea
_ additionally, Cosmix has already previously made a thread saying steam workshop should be added; while the rest could theoretically just be ideas, there's at least one part that feels definitely genuine since it was brought up twice in a short timespan in 2 different threads

I still feel like it'd be better not having to risk clarifying "hey I'm not trying to actually suggest these" by posting ideas off of the official forums, but I understand not everyone has somewhere else to go to interact with the fandom

I suppose there's more implications, but I'm still more than willing to give Cosmix the benefit of the doubt. First off, because saying "I have an idea: ___. This would add some cool stuff to the game" does not immediately imply "Developer you should add this", and second, owing to a few small clues I can see in their original post, I don't think they're a 100% native English speaker. Yes, I could be very very very wrong about this, and if I am I'm really sorry, but I'm basing this off of my personal experience with non-native speakers and their style of writing.
