Baldi's Basics Plus

Baldi's Basics Plus

Mystman12 vs Scott Cawthon
Who is the better game dev? Imo it's mystman12, Scott has made some good games but his current vision for how fnaf should be is so weird to me.

I dont play FNaF, so def Mystman
This is still a better match up than Yandere Dev vs Scott Cawthon.

Despite this, the two still have different ways they approach games. Scott made his game's in Clickteam and Mystman uses Unity (while probably switching to Godot in the future).

Scott is older and has more experience in making games, animating and modeling than Mystman has, even before Mystman was born. (Note Scott is retired though)

They both made older and obscure games before they made their big hits (Mystman with Baldi and Scott with FNaF). Whether these games are good or bad is up for public opinion.

Scott was able to push out the first 4 FNaF games in considerably rapid succession (Granted the FNaF formula is not that complicated to copy), and while Mystman made the original Baldi for a game jam (an event where you have to make games FAST), he is STILL working Baldi's Basics Plus. Sure most of the development time went into BBCR, but it took over a year to finish the game after the announcement.

Even though Scott has more experience than Mystman and Mystman has done a pretty good job with the updates for BB+ (at around 0.4), it's hard to say who is better because of how different the two probably work. Scott's previous games probably weren't 3D like how Baldi is (not including Steelwool games, just games he worked on alone), and Mystman probably never made anything that could be compared to one of Scott's games. I say probably because I'm too lazy to fact check.
