Level loading glitch.

Everytime I try to load a level the screen becomes red with some error text.
/h1 It keeps happening

Were you playing with mods?
If you weren't, did you mess with the game files?

It crashed once I enabled PineDebug so Ill turn it off and ill see if it works:

It turned out to be bb+ modifiers instead
