Way to get power tubes back?

So, with the new power tube bonus arriving in 0.5, I think that maybe on Floor 3 or possibly a higher floor in the future there’d be an option or a way to regenerate power tubes.
Maybe after collecting a certain amount of YTPs or buying/finding a specific item you’d gain a power tube back, though only once per game.
I figured I’d suggest this because the game only allows four retries of some levels before it boots you back, so considering how future updates might add more floors, I figured that maybe there should be a way to regenerate power tubes.

regarding the topic post; I haven't had too much difficulty beating seeds, and since power tubes automatically reset to 3 upon reaching the next floor it doesn't matter as much if you struggled the floor before. I could potentially see it being useful on later floors (when added) where it'd be more chaotic? but rn I don't see the use
