It's a bug on Makeship's site. It's currently broken for everyone.

I've sent them an email about it, but it's hard to tell if they'll fix it today since it's Sunday. My suggestion is to try again in a few hours or tomorrow. Sorry!

It would be nice to have a prototype plush shown on the MakeShip campaign page, instead of a computer image. I can't justify $30 for a plushie when I don't even know its planned size or materials. I hope this information is provided before the campaign period ends in about 8 days. I signed up for the email updates on the campaign page.

I agree with you about this. Unfortunately, the way it works with Makeship is that small creators such as myself have to go through making a petition before the real campaign starts. For petitions, Makeship does not offer a prototype image.

If the petition reaches 200 signs/purchases then Makeship will start working on the prototype plush, which I'll be able to present along with the real campaign in 3 months. But if the petition fails to get those 200 signs in time, then the entire campaign will be canceled.

The style of most of Makeship plushies is relatively the same. It seems like their size is usually an average of about 16 cm. You can see some examples at https://www.makeship.com

While I can't promise how Lumi's plush will look, I can promise I plan to work with them to get it to be as cute as this reference design.

Nevertheless, I understand your lack of desire to buy a plush based only on a reference design.
