How do I give K-Lev the world above jpeg?

I edited the world above jpeg and now K-Lev won't accept it. What do I do??

Go to C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\DoctorShinobi\Outcore. There's a copy of the original picture there. Just give him that one
