Lumi's website file in site doesn't download

I know how I'm supposed to progress, I've seen it on videos, seen it streamed by friends, even done it on other people's computers, but for whatever reason she just doesn't react when I give her the file in the site in any other way. The file itself that I am supposed to give her does not download but either comes up as a notes file (and then I can save to downloads) or comes up as the same file but in a new tab of browser. I've tried that roundabout saved one and the one in the files of the game itself and neither progress the game either.

Can you:
1) Drag the file you download into Lumi
2) Go to C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\DoctorShinobi\Outcore, find the "player.log" file and send it to me at [e-mail]?

Also, what's the size of the file that you download from her website?
