Can't log in into my account

As the title says I cant really log in into my account, every time I click into the log in button instead of loging me in, it decides to send me to the normal ninja kiwi website with no option or way to log in into the game. What can I do?

The same thing happened to me. All I could do was make a new account.

yeah i just spent like 4 hours playing sas4 with some friends and then couldn't get back in now big sad
logging in just sends me to the ninja kiwi website, and trying to login there just effectively refreshes the page

Ok i reached out to support at this point, i hope they are already aware and working on a fix.

The issue seems to be solved, I was able to log in just now despite experiencing the same issue as others yesterday.

Yes on sept 21 i got a response from support saying it was fixed, i forgot to post it here.

I'm getting the message:

"Ninja Kiwi is under maintenance. We will be back soon

Bad gateway
The web server reported a bad gateway error.

Error reference number: 502"

I have 7 days until my Ninja Kiwi account is deactivated so I hope that gets fixed soon.

same for me kinda i cant get a password reset sent to me cause it says it under maintainece and that was yesterday try today and still the same

Okay, seems like the servers are working again. I was able to sign in this morning without any issues after I reinstalled Ninja Kiwi Archive.

Glad it was fixed quickly. I was last at Rank 70 in Bloons TD 5 five years ago and I wouldn't want all that progress deleted for me being inactive for that long. Feels nice and nostalgic looking at all of my old game progresses.

This thread was for NK archive which had an outage that was solved around september 21 2023. If a new outage happens i think a new thread would be a good idea, else the devs think they already fixed it.
