no online anymore, also the store page has removed the multiplayer status. In a post below Raydog said: Most definitely you can play online. Download and install tunngle; it's free. Once in tunngle, type in grid under network search. Select "race driver: grid". Double left click on it. Start Grid from steam like normal. Go to LAN. Click join session. You will see lobbies. Join one and u r good to go! Enjoy! I am.

Built-in Online Play got shut down a while ago, but still works with LAN emulators like Tungle or Hamachi, local LAN multiplayer still works perfectly fine (we still play it regulary).

Race Driver: Grid's online multiplayer PC and PS3 servers were axed in 04 June 2011, because the contract with provider DemonWare ran out.
The Xbox 360 version of Race Driver: Grid is unaffected by all of this because it uses Xbox Live for matchmaking.
So, gamers, who have Xbox 360, see you on Live multiplayer.

It is broken, if they would've made player hosting possible it would be still fine.

LAN. Not multiplayer. With less tweaks and etc.

All of these games that get multip[layer removed, should get it back if they actually go to sell it again, or if they switch providers, they should update to allow for future play.

Getting a game that says Multiplayer, yet doesn't have it is pretty irritating.
