How to connect a regular controller?
I really like this game but it's really hard to play it with the keyboard, how can i connect a controller (GameMaster) via USB port and make the game recognise my controller and then play with it?

I'm not sure if xpadder will work, but you can try.

I play with keyboard, and i don't think is that hard to play, it's a major finger pain but i love this game so much that i don't care :D
well, that until i add a usb to my old xbox controller.

Try X360Ce, it will allow you to make your controller appear as a Xbox controller. I use it for Fable 3 and Saints Row the third and it works very well.

in the hardware_settings_config file for the game there is a code line.

<input device_type="auto" />
change it to
<input device_type="pad" />
it should now detect the pad. but you still may need to adjust it inside the game menue.
if you're using a wheel change it to wheel .

You can get a xbox 360 controller. Your pc will see it as soon as you plug it in, and just about all windows games will see it. I use a xbox Airflo (Medal of honor Warfighter limited edition) on all my games I suck at key board game play. And I am not buying a console that i cant upgrade to play new games.
