One of two things, either use the wheel's start button to enter the game (same on most codies titles to default the wheel as main controller) or just setup manually in the driving controls page of the game. Have this wheel myself and love it... better than the G25 wheel in my view, shame doesnt have g27's peddles, would be perfection.

I had the same problem. The link for the fix posted by [-project.TwentY3-] DOES work. I just copied and pasted the xml page for Driving Force GT USB into the appropriate folder c/:programfiles/steam/steamapps/common/grid/actionmap. I believe it was ActionMap 3 I replaced.

Im running Windows 8 64bit and the wheel now works great, I can even feel the cobbled streets in Milan ;)
Anyone having problems give me a buzz and I will produce a tutorial.

Regards

I know this is a terrible necro, but did you get the FFB fixed?
I have driving force GT wheel, and have never been able to get the game to work properly.
It either works and I have FFB, but wheel and pedal inputs are not dynamic, meaning if I turn the wheel slightly it doesn't move until I get it halfway around, and then suddenly it's on full lock, and the pedals work the same, no input detected until about halfway down and then suddenly they are full.
Or, it works perfectly but I have no FFB at all, which makes the game pretty unplayable almost as much as having the wheel and pedals not work properly.
