LMP1 and LMP2 undrivable.

Driving those two classes on keyboard is a nightmare. The understeer is absolutely horrible. I go straight off the track in fast corners... I love this game but what Codies were thinking about LMP1 and 2?! GRID is favouring pads and wheels, because i've seen a video with a guy playing using wheel, and there was no problem AT ALL. I can't do anything, because you can't change the deadzone on keyboard :(

I haven't run LMPs for awhile, but have in the past with no serious problems. Just requires some practice to adjust to the peculiar handling.

I always play on Extreme, no matter what. But anyway, i got past the Le Mans Series in LMP1 and LMP2. LMP2 was so horrendous that i had to use handbrake in many corners. But LMP1 was quite fun if i say so myself, especially around the Nurgburgring driving the monstrous Audi R10 TDI, and having some good racing with my team-mate. It was quite difficult, but it was nice. Yeah, maybe i've gotten too far. But i still hate that understeer :P

For those who have problems with LMP1 and LMP2, just turn on the stability assist and it will "flip the switch" and you won't even recognize the car after this. It's like a bug in the game, all your opponent's drive with this option ON by the default, that's why you using your handbrake and can't understand, how they able to corner THAT FAST!

Its more like they've inverted the setting. You'd think with stability control off the car would be looser but it's the opposite.

Wow that did it! My cars were understeering so badly that I thought the AI just had extra grip or something.

With Stability Assist off I couldn't keep up with Savage difficulty drivers, now with it on I can handily beat extreme drivers.

This info made replaying this game so much more enjoyable, many thanks.

kb, esc off (never played with it on) and im doing all on extreme, some races i even go pro mode
but i needed a work around for when ravenwest show up cause this is ridiculous, itss like im playing an rpg, not a racing game. i can do a perfect lap and be half a lap ahead of any1 else and theyre half a lap ahead of me, its just not fun
