It runs, it detects the game assets, but you can't see anything. RTX Remix works with DX9 games, but DX9.0c isn't fully supported, hence the broken visuals.
The GRID logo just keeps flashing and the text keeps duplicating, so, I'm out of luck. We'll just have to wait until it supports 9.0c.
Soon as 9.0c becomes supported, especially with games that use heavy shaders like this one, that's when Pandora's box will finally open. I'm gonna try some other games and see how it goes.
TLDR: RTX Remix hooks onto the game and the game loads but rendering output is broken. Might take some fixes from Nvidia side, but it also might not be viable due to game engine(EGO) incompatibility.
I have a new reshade preset that I think improves on the last one I did. It doesn't do any fancy RTGI ♥♥♥♥ but it makes the game look better in all lighting conditions. I'll share it today in another post.
