Controller not working?
Any idea how to fix a controller not being detected?

In general or just in GRID? if it's the latter, then you have to add your own binds through the Controller Configuration tab in Steam's Big Picture mode.

Nah turned out my Xbox One controller doesn't get detected by windows at all anymore... so that's fun
