What's better? New car or Ebay Motors?

I have this question because i bought the Koenigsegg and the steering is so slow and i don't know if i buy one from Ebay motors would be much better, so my question here is, New is better or Ebay motors is better?

Well Ebay cars are pretty much used cars, they got some mileage on them. New cars are self-explanatory, they're new machines fresh out of factory.

Ebay cars are better than new if they cost more than the new cars, some rare more expensive "unicorn" cars appear randomly. I learned this from way back in the day. Ebay cars could be edited to be the best version from what i can remember.

Also if you wash the car it resets the durabilty from races

but what about if it entered into races like 3000 times and only got 32 wins then what?

What you wanna look for is the price, if the price for a used ebay car is higher than the price of a new car, it will be a better version of that car.

I remember back in the day when online was still open. Getting a "unicorn" car as one desribed it perfectly already. Was essential to be competitive in the top.

A good trick when all of the 3 ebay versions is ♥♥♥♥.
1. Buy the cheapest version.
2. Go back to your cars menu sell the car.
3. Go back to race entrance to buy the car again from ebay. 3 new versions appear not only the one you buy will be substituted. As soon as you buy one version you rotate all 3 versions to new ones.

You can repeat this process untill you get a "unicorn" version.

That's a good idea. Bought Lola B05 for 500k cheaper, just three crashes, and it couldn't take a corner without a handbrake at all. Tested a new one in a race day on the same tracks, it cornered normally. Wasted 2.5 mil reselling that junker.

Ebay cars does in fact have performance gain&decrease. According to the Ebay.xml file located in the games config folder there is mentions of PerformanceInc & Decrease in the codes.

& the highest you can get is 5% Performance & Decrease. At least that's what i am getting from the code shown in the xml file. How its setup i don't understand lol.
