keyboard optimizations?

is there any way besides assists being the only piece of the puzzle to make the game easier to handle on keyboard?

Not that I know of, I have finished the game a couple of times with keyboard though, it isn't that bad if you ignore the AI making spin out of control if you touch them just a bit lol.

easier to just get a controller, which i dont even have one so thats why i pretty much stopped playing racing games for a while. recently i came back to it though, then i realized its still ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hard on keyboard and so i think about quitting playing racing games again until i get a controller.

I love this game with the keyboard. It is one of the best keyboard sims out, imo. I have a wheel and pedal, but I drive this game exclusively keyboard.

Console controllers just suck. Keyboard is much easier than controller for me. It just takes practice. And turning driving assists off is better than with them on.

Learn light taps and also a series of lightning fast multiple taps. A good keyboard is a must also.
