HOW FIX OPENALL32.DLL ERROR
Easy, go to http://es.dll-files.com/openal32.dll.html and download the file , extract it into game folder (NOT IN WINDOWS FOLDER) AND DONE, RUN IT AND ENJOY

It's a link for a Demo though, need to register to get it to work! Any alternatives?

The wise way would be to install OpenAL though. I don't trust those DLL sites.

I have installed OpenAL multiple times now, apparently it does sucessfully complete the installation. However, upon launching GRID or DiRT 3 it prompts an OpenAL32.dll error.

I fixed it just after the previous post by taking the OpenAL dll file from another already installed and working apllication and pasting it into the desired games folder. GRID now launches and works fine.
