Is my flashback feature bugged?
I installed this game (not from Steam obviously, since it is not available here) after I heard lots of recommendations.

I am finding it... buggy, not of the crashing kind.

Examples:

1. Physics of AI and Player car don't match if you disable assist features, the AI can make corners much faster and with lower radius, in fact it is kinda weird, the AI seemly is "glued" to the ground, if they bump you sometimes your car even lifts off the ground and is sent flying while nothing happens to them.

2. Even with assist features enabled, full throttle sometimes make the car spin even if you were already moving and in a not that curvy section of the course (And clean tyres).

3. Seemly the devs wanted to punish you for going offtrack and going offtrack has crazy physics? The car not only become very "slidy", it SPEEDS UP, I noticed once on Le Mans that I went offtrack just slightly while in fourth gear, while cars behind me were in fifth, at first they overtook me, and then my car overtook them while sliding sideways! In fact, it never stopped sliding (even after I released all the controls, I didn't tried braking, accelerating, nothing at all) and it hit a wall and got instantly crushed.

But the bug I want to ask about: Seemly in my game flashback is useless, when I go all the way to the start of the replay bar, it usually go back like 1 second at most, so for example I crashed near hte end of le mans, and when I tried to use flashback, it went from car totally ♥♥♥♥♥♥-up to car half-♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ but already smashed against the wall, it don't even back enough for the car to not be touching the wall at all.

I saw some other guy asking here the same thing and asking about graphics settings, I also saw people missing around with SSD settings (I don't have SSD, I use an array of WD Blacks instead), so can someone help me out there figure wtf is wrong with flashback?

1. Welcome to GRID where the AI will cheat no matter what xD.
2. GRID is weird like that, the game is more of an arcade racing game with weird physics.
3. That's GRID's physics for you :D.

As for the flashback thing, I have not much of an idea, I know replays don't work if you don't have (I think) at least 2GB of free space on C.

I gave up playing this game... Still, I will leave info for future reference for people with same problem: flashback is not "last 12 seconds" as many people claim, instead it is "last 720 frames", so I was with vsync off and running the game at something like 500fps, thus flashback was about 1 second and a half.

turning vsync on, made flashback instead last about 8 seconds (because I have a 85hz monitor, instead of 60hz).
