Questline with the girls

I just finished it and the girl says I will find myself outside of the city of erlim and they've heard rumors of a path shrouded in mystery. To what is this alluding to and where do I need to go? Is it talking about the mask and the ghost? or something else entirely?

I'm pretty sure it's just a reference to the Left Eye of Esk located in the Esk Mansion, which I guess is technically on the outside of the city proper. The path shrouded in mystery = requires the ability to see spirit/silver doors, I think. After getting 100% I never received anything extra from the girls. But, this game is way too cryptic so who knows.

Makes sense, she did mention silver. I'm guessing the eyes meaning you can see the truth, meaning find yourself. I'm guessing it is alluding to the quest with the ghost after all then. Thanks for the input.

Both eyes are required to access the true ending. The other one is located in a hidden area in Osseus Fortress. I wrote a detailed list of directions on another post if you don't find it when exploring the Frozen Caverns area.

Does that require the silver doors as well? I killed the boss on the moonlake, but don't have the ability to go through those doors yet. I'm guessing I get that ability at the high walls because I believe I've done everything else up to that point. I just got double jump and am currently backtracking and getting all the items I couldn't get before.

You get this ability from lower part of Federal Inquisition, if I remember correctly. There should be a shaft where you need the gloves to stick to the walls
