How to avoid screwing yourself out of 100% completion

To get 100% completion just be aware of the following triggers in advance:

1) Killing Laddack will remove all NPCs from the Manor. I'd completely avoid his room altogether to be safe. Once you're in the final area and light the 4 seals in the huge cathedral do not proceed up the elevator.

2) Aldrich will disappear from the Manor and die if you don't immediately give him the Tome of Oisak you find in Ordens Palace. The exact trigger is unclear, but he will move at some point if you progress too far into the High Walls and/or the final zone.

Note: After giving him the tome at some point he will disappear (see above) and can be found in Ordens Palace. From the Clocktower save, go up the elevator one level, head right, go through the room and exit using the upper-right path. Defeat the monster and you'll receive the final (4th) ice spell and complete his quest line.

3) Once you're ready to tackle the endings make sure you only pick up one of the eyes. I strongly suggest getting the Left Eye of Esk in Esk Manor since the ghost NPC may disappear once you beat Laddack and the doorway to the optional boss will no longer appear. I have not personally tested the timing.

With only one eye in your possession you need to chose "Accept' and "Refuse" for the 2 normal endings.

4) Now pick up the second eye. The Right Eye of Esk is located in Moonshade Lake, which is a secret area in the Frozen Caverns. With both eyes in your inventory when you "Refuse" it will allow you to access the true ending.

Saying eyes you mean Esk eyes, are you? I have the left one (from Hydra boss I presume). So now I get accept / refuse endings and then pick second eye (from the Moonshade Lake cave) and go get true ending?

Yep, Left/Right Eye of Esk. And what you described will allow you to get all 3 endings on one save.

It does remove her. I was trying to do the hydra boss, and couldn't because the ghost NPC is not there. The game removes all NPCs in general. Which I feel like is kinda dumb. Even removing all the manor NPCs makes no sense. I get why only 2 would been missing, but all?

I can confirm the ghost does not disappear when you kill Laddack, just tested this out, and got the second eye.

I had both eyes, chose to accept, then refused and finished the game and got all ending trophies

Hello, I got the eye near the boss of the lake, I haven't yet spoken to the ghost even though I also have the mask. How can I get all 3 endings from now on?

guys did any of you complete the unborn quest because i am stuck at 19 still and i am pretty sure i got all of them , did it happens to any of you ?

I tried to save scum, chose to accept and it plays a short clip and the game ends. When i started the game again it took me to that save point where you choose to accept or refuse. I turned auto sync back on, accepted again to test and it still brought me back to right before choosing to accept or refuse. Also, after you give Dorothy that last dried liver you can buy unlimited demishade ore from her. With the npcs gone, you can still purchase items from little lamps where the npcs stood.

I don't think it's a bad idea to create a save file back-up for the game. The save files are located here:

C:\Users\%UserName%\AppData\LocalLow\Kumi Souls Games\The Last Faith

Just create a back-up folder and copy/paste the current save files. Probably a good idea to turn off auto-sync. I'd create a set of saves after receiving the double jump (Ordens Palace) and before trying to get the endings if you're after the associated achievements. Haven't tested myself and thanks @Tingaling25 for the information.

There is a YouTube video posted by an awesome user that shows the location of each one. I think it it has "location" or "guide" in the topic line so it's easy to search for. I was missing 2 and it took like 5 minutes.

for achievement, you don't need to leave an eye before completion. refuse with both eyes still gives you all that achievements when you refuse without all eyes. It might be that you won't be able to see that CG for it.

And for me, wymond is bugged and not spawning as boss for fight, so i stucked there for that 3 achievments. if anyone knows how can i fix it ( i met the lord and noticed that the point of no return and then died to do collectives, but wymond just refuse to spawn as boss for me. i last see him at the gate of ice village and he disappears for good now)
